Exercise is important for us. We have to know about exercise. Do you know something to exsercise? For example...

1.Yoga
What's Yoga? It is from India, Sanskrit. It means that 'a heart and the physical best stable state'. And its history is too long. It is from 3000~4000 ago.
2.Walking
It is aerobic and reduce stress.
It is expected that to be strong the born, grow up the power of memory and so on.
3.Swimming
It is also aerobic. Swimming effects to remove an extra fat.
I like swimming very much!
